About the role
Role Overview: Fi is a new age money management app that aims to simplify your financial life by offering a one-stop solution for saving, paying, investing, borrowing, and more. As an intern in the product management team, you will collaborate with user research and cross-functional teams to identify product insights, shape the product vision, drive development, and iterate continuously to enhance user experience. Key Responsibilities: - Work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and evolving environment - Utilize consumer research and market data to understand and focus on consumer needs during product development - Think creatively, demonstrate a unique spark, and generate out-of-the-box solutions - Collaborate with engineering to evaluate complex systems and propose innovative solutions - Gain exposure to product design by creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows - Apply strong business acumen to contribute effectively to product development Qualifications Required: - A graduate in Engineering or a related field - Previous experience in product-related internships - Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences - Familiarity with tools like Figma or Sketch and software development - Enthusiasm for knowledge-sharing and team collaboration - Comfortable with ambiguity and skilled in translating broad ideas into actionable plans - Empathy towards users and colleagues, coupled with creativity and enthusiasm for ideation and product development - Desire for high ownership, independent work environments, and feedback-driven cultures Additional Details: Fi offers hands-on experience in defining product strategy and implementing features within a dynamic fintech startup environment.
