Java Technical Lead/Sr. Engineer

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise-level platform capabilities, focusing on creating scalable, high-availability microservices. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop high-performance, reliable microservices. - Contribute technical designs and proof of concepts, following architectural guidance. - Define technical acceptance criteria with Product Management and Senior Engineers. - Serve as a technical expert, mentoring junior engineers and ensuring coding standards through code reviews. - Take ownership of quality, test automation, CI/CD, and production operations, managing complexity proactively. Qualifications Required: - 8-10+ years of experience in software architecture, design, development, and testing. - Expert proficiency in Java (Java 17+), Spring, and Spring Boot. - Strong command of build tools like Maven or Gradle, and version control (Git/GitHub). - Deep understanding of High-level and Low-level System Design. - Experience in implementing RESTful and gRPC APIs. - Proficiency in cloud engineering using Kubernetes and AWS. - Knowledge of databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra. - Familiarity with Agile or Scaled Agile methodologies. - Ability to present and discuss complex designs technically.
