About the role
- Deep functional knowledge of core Finance modules: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Cash & Bank Management - Strong expertise in Inventory Accounting, Cost Management (Standard and Moving Average Costing), Cost Allocations, Inventory Close, and Financial Reconciliation - Experience with Consolidations, Intercompany Accounting, and Month/Year-End Close processes - Familiarity with manufacturing finance processes and inventory valuation - Experience with data migration, integrations, and system upgrades - Robust analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills with English fluency - Ability to work across multiple time zones in a global environment - Power Automate and workflow automation experience (preferred) What You'll Do - Configure, implement, and continuously optimize D365 Finance solutions across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, and Cost Management - Partner with finance, supply chain, and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable D365 solutions - Support inventory valuation, costing, inventory close, and financial reconciliation processes - Lead and participate in data migration, integrations, testing, and UAT activities - Drive process improvements and automation initiatives across finance operations - Develop test scenarios and validate solution quality against business requirements - Deliver user training, documentation, and ongoing functional support - Travel internationally as needed to support deployments and stakeholder engagements .
