Intern- Sysadmin Job description Job Description - Sysadmin Intern Job Title: Sysadmin Intern Location: Marisoft IT Park 3, 2nd Floor, West Wing, 15, Marigold complex, Kalyani Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411014 Company: Fidel Softech Ltd S.N Role Minimum Qualification Experience 1. Intern - Sysadmin Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. 01 year of experience in a system administration or IT support role. Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS). Provide Level 1 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Monitor and troubleshoot system performance issues and network connectivity problems. Perform routine system backups, patch management, and antivirus updates. Create and manage user accounts and permissions. Respond to support tickets, calls, and emails from internal users. Assist in hardware/software inventory and procurement. Support remote users using RDP, VPN, or remote access tools.
