About the Company : Our client is one of India's leading financial services organizations in the lending space and is backed by leading PE investors. The company has built a strong technology-led platform that supports large-scale lending operations and is investing heavily in engineering excellence and digital innovation. Location : Bangalore Key Responsibilities : - Lead the QA strategy across multiple products and Agile teams. - Drive test automation, quality engineering and CI/CD testing practices. - Build, mentor and develop a high-performing QA team. - Ensure product quality through robust test planning, execution and defect management. We're Looking For : - 9 to 12 years of experience in Quality Engineering/Test Automation. - Strong expertise in Selenium, Appium, Postman, JUnit and modern automation frameworks. - Hands-on experience with Agile, CI/CD, Git, Jenkins and SQL. - Engineering graduate with solid analytical and stakeholder management skills. .
