Application Engineer - FinBox

Deeply understand FinBox s API offerings, data flows, and product capabilities . Lead partner integrations : API documentation, environment setup, configuration, credentials, sandbox and staging testing. Write and review configuration specs , including mappings, regex validations, and business logic transformations. Build technical workflows and diagrams to simplify integrations for internal and external stakeholders. Support client and internal teams with debugging and troubleshooting integration issues. Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as a technical bridge between product, engineering, and client-facing teams. Capture client and partner feedback and work with product managers to improve the roadmap. Drive process improvements to streamline integrations and reduce go-live timelines. Partner with customer success to ensure smooth post-go-live support.
