Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align machine learning solutions with business goals.
Role Requirements
Strong academic background (background in STEM is preferred).
Prior experience in machine learning engineering or data science for 3-6 years.
Proven track record of bringing machine learning models to production.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Comfortable to take ownership over building new data & AI project.
Strong communication and teamwork within team and other project stakeholders.
Experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams.
Proficiency in Finance and GenAI related projects with proven experience.
