About the role
As an experienced professional in legacy banking systems migration and Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation/upgrade projects, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Analyzing legacy banking systems and defining migration strategy for Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation/upgrade projects. - Performing data extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, and loading activities. - Preparing Source-to-Target Mapping (STM) documents and reconciliation reports. - Developing and optimizing SQL/PLSQL scripts, packages, procedures, and migration utilities. - Working on migration of FLEXCUBE versions from lower releases to FCUBS 14.x/14.5 and above. - Handling migration activities for banking modules including CASA, Customer/CIF, Loans & Lending, Trade Finance, Payments, ELCM, Treasury, and TD/IC modules. - Performing data validation, balancing, and reconciliation between source and target systems. - Coordinating with functional, technical, and business teams during SIT/UAT and Go-Live. - Supporting cutover activities and production migration cycles. - Preparing migration run books, deployment documents, and technical documentation. - Ensuring compliance with banking data standards, audit, and security guidelines. - Troubleshooting migration defects and performance issues during the implementation lifecycle. Qualifications required for this role include: - Strong experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE implementation/upgrade projects. - Proficiency in SQL/PLSQL scripting. - Knowledge of banking modules such as CASA, Customer/CIF, Loans & Lending, Trade Finance, Payments, ELCM, Treasury, and TD/IC modules. - Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
