About the role
About the Project We are building a large-scale WordPress-based Financial CRM & Lead Management Platform for FINOOCEAN. This is NOT a normal WordPress website. It is a custom web application built inside WordPress using custom plugins, custom database tables, AJAX, role-based dashboards and workflow automation. The developer should have experience building complex business applications inside WordPress. Project Overview The platform includes multiple standalone dashboards: Manager Dashboard Employee Dashboard Connector Dashboard Banker Dashboard Accounts Dashboard The system handles Loan Lead Management Employee Workflow Commission Management Notification System Role Based Access Banking Matching Engine Document Management Reporting Analytics Responsibilities The developer will be responsible for Developing Custom WordPress Plugin Maintain and improve our custom plugin Example: finoocean-lead-matcher.php Custom Database Development Must know how to create and optimize custom MySQL tables. Examples include Leads Notifications Commission Lead Updates Lead Documents Banker Criteria Access Requests Activity Logs Should understand Foreign Keys Indexing Query Optimization Performance Custom Dashboard Development Build and maintain dashboards using PHP AJAX JavaScript HTML CSS No Elementor or page builders. User Roles Must understand advanced role management. Roles include Super Admin Manager Sub Manager Employee Connector Banker Accounts Each role has separate Dashboard Permissions Menu Workflow Lead Management System Experience developing Lead Assignment Lead Status Lead Transfer Lead History Lead Timeline Notes Documents Workflow Automation Examples Manager assigns lead Employee receives notification Banker receives notification Connector gets updates Accounts calculates commission Manager tracks everything Notification System Knowledge of AJAX Notifications Live Notifications Real-time Updates Push Notification Integration (e.g., Pusher/WebSockets) Commissio .
