About the role
About the Role We are looking for a skilled Senior Python Developer with 25 years of experience in backend development and AI technologies. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development of scalable applications, AI-powered solutions, and up-to-date software products while coordinating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior developers. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain scalable applications using Python. Build and optimize APIs using FastAPI, Django, or Flask. Design and manage database solutions using PostgreSQL and related technologies. Develop and integrate AI/ML and Generative AI solutions. Work with modern AI tools and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, LangChain, OpenAI APIs, and RAG-based applications. Collaborate with product, business, and technology teams to deliver projects effectively. Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure coding best practices. Mentor interns and junior developers. Required Skills 25 years of experience in Python development. Strong knowledge of FastAPI, Django, or Flask. Experience with PostgreSQL, Git, and REST APIs. Hands-on exposure to AI/ML and Generative AI technologies. Familiarity with Docker, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern development workflows. Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with React, Angular, JavaScript, or Full Stack development. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies. .
