Civil Engineer

Job Title: Civil Engineer / Site Engineer Location: As per Project Requirement Industry: Bio-CNG / CBG Plant Construction | Oil & Gas | Renewable Energy Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer / Site Engineer to oversee the execution of Bio-CNG/CBG plant construction projects. The candidate should possess strong technical knowledge of civil construction, project execution, BOQ preparation, site management, and coordination with multiple stakeholders. Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage day-to-day site construction activities. Execute projects as per approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. Prepare, review, and monitor BOQs (Bill of Quantities). Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards at project sites. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams. Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Verify measurements and certify contractor bills. Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues. Review civil, structural, and architectural drawings. Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment. Support project planning, scheduling, and cost control activities. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office. Strong knowledge of project execution, BOQ preparation, estimation, and billing. Good understanding of civil construction practices and site management. Knowledge of industrial infrastructure, foundations, buildings, roads, drainage, and utility works. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents. Mandatory Requirements: Experience in Oil & Gas Industry is a must. Prior experience in Bio-CNG, CBG, Renewable Energy, Industrial Plant, or Process Plant projects will be preferred. Willingness to travel and work at project sites across India. Experience: 38 Years (Relevant Industry Experience Preferred) Preferred Candidate Profile: Strong leadership and coordination skills. Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple activities under tight deadlines. Result-oriented with a focus on quality, safety, and timely project completion.
