Product Manager - Insurance

Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and skilled Product Manager Insurance to join our growing team at Finvasia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and growth of insurance products within a digital financial services ecosystem. The role involves defining product strategy, driving execution, and ensuring regulatory compliance while delivering seamless digital insurance experiences. The ideal candidate should have strong domain expertise in insurance/InsurTech and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Define and own the product roadmap for insurance offerings (life, health, general, embedded insurance)Build and launch digital insurance products, including onboarding, policy lifecycle, and claims journeysCollaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutionsTranslate business requirements into detailed product specifications and user storiesPrioritize product initiatives using structured frameworks for effective executionManage API integrations with insurers, aggregators, and partner ecosystemsEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and support audits and risk assessmentsMonitor market trends, competitor products, and identify innovation opportunitiesPartner with sales, business, and external insurers to drive growth and partnershipsLead Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for product launches and feature rolloutsEnsure seamless customer experience across the insurance lifecycleManage and mentor teams, driving alignment and delivery excellence Key Requirements: Strong understanding of insurance products, underwriting, and distribution modelsExperience in digital insurance platforms, policy administration, or claims systemsFamiliarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance in the insurance domainExperience working with APIs, integrations, and partner ecosystemsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and prioritization skillsProven team management and leadership capabilitiesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Qualifications & years of Experience: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field8+ years of experience in Product Management (Insurance/InsurTech/FinTech preferred)Minimum 2+ years of experience leading cross-functional teamsPrior experience in digital or embedded insurance products is highly preferredStrong track record of delivering successful product launches Finvasia is a global fintech company offering technology-driven financial services across trading, investing, and wealth management.
