QA Engineer

As a QA Lead, your role involves ensuring the quality of product delivery to customers and certifying releases. You will lead and manage the QA team while fostering relationships with other team members to understand business partners' vision and priorities. Your responsibilities include participating in product design, developing test strategies, reviewing test cases, and maintaining traceability of issues. Additionally, you will design test plans, metrics, and scenarios for integration testing, report on QA metrics, and identify automation opportunities for regression cycles. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure product quality and certified releases - Lead and manage the QA team - Build relationships with team members and business partners - Participate in product design and feature development - Develop and execute test strategies, scenarios, and plans - Review test cases and documents - Design integration testing plans, metrics, and scenarios - Report on QA metrics periodically - Identify automation opportunities for regression cycles - Maintain issue traceability from roadmap to production Desired Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field - Quick learner with the ability to motivate and achieve results - Strong oral and written communication skills - Self-starter who can handle multiple tasks - Experience in functional, performance, and regression testing - Familiarity with Agile development methodology - Passion for testing and problem-solving - Experience with SELENIUM (JAVA), JMeter, and MySQL is a plus.
