Monitor and report on security compliance. - Develop risk mitigation strategies, including security controls, incident response plans, and disaster recovery procedures. - Ensure that the organization's workforce is educated about security risks and best practices. - Lead and coordinate responses to security incidents, ensuring lessons learned are incorporated into security improvements. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, information security, cybersecurity, or a related discipline. - 10 years of related experience in Information Security. - Must be 18 years of age or older.
