Manager Product Management

Role Overview: As a Manager, Product Management at First American (India), you will be responsible for leading the innovative approach to building and delivering advanced solutions for customers and partners. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams, business stakeholders, and design teams to develop modern solutions for the core business. Your role will involve defining and communicating strategy, making day-to-day decisions regarding product development, and overseeing product releases. Key Responsibilities: - Define and drive product strategy and vision with clear objectives and long-term vision. - Develop KPIs, milestones, and a product roadmap for your team, and write user stories and requirements. - Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers to foster a culture of innovation and excellence. - Identify development opportunities for your team, provide constructive feedback, and promote continuous learning. - Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to ensure product delivery and quality goals are achieved. - Ensure products meet high standards of quality and reliability before release, overseeing testing strategies and gathering user feedback for improvements. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in engineering, business management, or equivalent. - 14+ years of overall experience, with 8+ years in core product management. - 3+ years of experience in building and managing high-performing teams of product managers. - Successful track record in software/technology product management in an iterative and fast-paced environment. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect business and engineering teams. - Technical background or understanding of software development processes for effective communication with engineering teams. - Ability to utilize data for gaining product insights, validating risks, and demonstrating insights effectively.
