Requirements

• · Bachelors of Science or Engineering Degree

• · 3+ years technical process experience within an Industrial Manufacturing Environment, with strong preference for OSB manufacturing process exposure

• · Demonstrated success in a Technical Manager level role, maintaining Product Quality, implementing Process Improvements and managing multiple projects

• · Experienced managing on-site lab and process recipe

• · Holds Environment Health & Safety to the Highest Standard

• · Strong Computer Proficiency with MS Office Programs

• · Strong experience with utilizing Statistics and Statistical Analysis
