Software Architect Distributed Systems | Azure | AI Platform Experience: 12+ Years Location: Hyderabad Employment Type: Full Time Job Summary We are looking for a hands-on Software Architect to lead the technical architecture of an enterprise AI Agent Platform. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role responsible for designing scalable distributed systems, defining service architecture, building foundational components, and driving cloud-native engineering standards. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end architecture for AI agent orchestration, inter-service communication, APIs, and data models. Design scalable, resilient distributed systems and event-driven architectures. Lead architecture decisions, HLD/LLD, technical design reviews, and critical code reviews. Define API contracts, event standards, observability, logging, and engineering best practices. Drive on-premises to Azure cloud migration strategies. Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and Platform Architects to deliver enterprise-scale solutions. Build and contribute to core platform components while mentoring engineering teams. Required Skills 12+ years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in distributed systems architecture. Hands-on experience with Azure (preferred), Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and CI/CD. Strong knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, OpenAPI, event-driven architecture, and workflow orchestration. Experience with OAuth 2.0, IAM, authentication, and secure service design. Expertise in PostgreSQL, data modeling, schema design, and performance optimization. Strong understanding of observability, structured logging, tracing, and production monitoring. Excellent architecture documentation, system design, and technical leadership skills. Good to Have Experience with LangChain , LangGraph , Temporal , or AI Agent frameworks. Python development experience. Azure Certifications. Experience in Financial, R2R, or Enterprise SaaS platforms. What We're Looking For Hands-on Architect who writes code and drives implementation.
