As a Technical Business Analyst / Technical Product Manager at First Advantage, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the suite of applications. Role Overview: - Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document business system requirements - Support quality assurance and user acceptance testing - Track product performance metrics and maintain comprehensive product documentation Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, and document business system requirements ensuring clarity, completeness, and testability - Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, manage feedback, and communicate updates effectively - Support quality assurance and user acceptance testing by defining test scenarios and ensuring defects are tracked and resolved - Track product performance metrics, create reports, and analyze the output to meet established targets - Maintain and update comprehensive product documentation, including requirements, process flows, and release notes Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or related field - 2-5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or related roles - Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban) - Strong technical skills with effective communication and collaboration abilities - Ability to operate in ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and fluency in English Additional Details: First Advantage is committed to creating an inclusive workforce that values diverse voices and empowers team members to be their authentic selves.
