Key Responsibilities Integration Development & API Design Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade integration solutions using best practices. Implement API-led connectivity and ensure efficient, secure, and scalable API design. Develop and support real-time, event-driven, and batch-based integrations. Work with Boomi API Management, optimizing API performance and security. Third-Level Support & Troubleshooting Act as an escalation point for complex integration issues, performing deep-dive root cause analysis and resolution working in collaboration with other internal IT teams and support vendors. Implement and refine error handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms for proactive issue identification. Optimize Boomi processes for high performance, scalability, and fault tolerance. Documentation & Best Practices Develop and maintain best-in-class documentation, including technical designs, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles. Define and promote standards for API development, error handling, and integration architecture. Conduct peer reviews and provide guidance on integration patterns and frameworks. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with business analysts, developers, and architects to understand requirements and deliver integration solutions. Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation, ensuring efficient deployment of integration solutions. Stay up to date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in integration and API management. Assist the Integration Lead in Informing, creating awareness and educating other business teams consuming integrations on integration and API best practices
