Senior Product Analyst

As a Senior Product Analyst at Firstsource Solutions Limited, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data to optimize product performance, drive strategic decisions, and enhance user experience through rigorous testing. Your responsibilities will include: - Advanced Analytics: Conducting comprehensive analysis of product usage, user behavior, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities. - Experimentation Design & Management: Designing, implementing, and managing A/B tests, causal analysis, and other experiments with clear hypotheses, target segments, and success metrics. - Experimentation Analysis: Analyzing experiment results using statistical methods, providing detailed reports, and recommendations. Identifying statistically significant findings and translating them into actionable insights. - KPI Definition & Tracking: Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and establishing robust tracking and reporting mechanisms. - Dashboarding & Visualization: Developing and maintaining dashboards to visualize experiment results, key metrics, and trends for stakeholders' understanding. - Collaboration: Working closely with product managers, engineers, designers, and machine learning scientists to implement and iterate on experiment findings and product improvements. - Data Storytelling: Communicating complex data insights and experiment results clearly and compellingly to diverse audiences, including leadership. - Data Integrity: Ensuring data accuracy and integrity for all analysis and experimentation. - Methodology Development: Contributing to the development and improvement of experimentation methodologies and best practices. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Economics, or other quantitative discipline. - 7+ years of relevant experience. - Strong proficiency in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization. - Proven experience in designing, implementing, and analyzing A/B tests and other experiments. - Solid understanding of statistical significance and hypothesis testing. - Proficiency in SQL; Python skills are desirable. Experience with Looker is also a plus. - Knowledge of data science concepts and methodologies. - Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain complex data insights. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience in a product-driven environment with attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
