Leverage expertise in integration technologies ( SOAP and REST APIs ) to create seamless connections between Salesforce and third-party applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and translate them into technical specifications. Develop and maintain Aura components and other custom solutions to enhance the Salesforce platform. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members, fostering a collaborative team environment. Ensure adherence to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment to deliver robust and scalable solutions. Make informed decisions and solve complex problems to drive project success and ensure effective project outcomes. Manage stakeholder relationships and maintain effective communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, tools, and industry trends to continuously improve development processes and solutions.
