The team is also responsible for the processing and distribution of Referential & Settlement market data received from exchanges to all FIS products (CMD ecosystem). These datasets are critical prerequisites for downstream back-office systems, ensuring accurate clearing, settlement, and reporting processes. Role Overview Managed Service Analyst II provides technical and production support for IBMi/AS400 environments and CMD/GDS and GMI applications, ensuring stable operations, timely issue resolution, and reliable client service delivery in a CX support model.
