Service Engineer

As a Software Engineer at FIS, you will be responsible for the following: - Ensure to understand and gather knowledge on FIS Products. - Handle requirement gathering individually. - Flawlessly capture the requirements in the documents without any ambiguity. - Follow up with the client relationship team until obtaining sign-off from the client for the requirement. Qualifications required for this role: - 3+ years of experience is required. - Minimum 2+ years of experience in C, C++, UNIX. - Oracle Database experience is required. - Expertise in payment domain like Switch, Card scheme, and Card product such as Debit/Credit/Prepaid payment application is a big plus. - Ability to communicate ideas both verbally and in written form in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
