About the role
As an Advisor, Product Management at Fiserv, you will be responsible for product definition and design of digital journeys for the digital banking platform. Your role will involve working closely with other Product Owners/Managers to define the product roadmap, features, and prioritize initiatives. You will collaborate with development and test teams to ensure that the product is developed according to the specifications. Your work will focus on building a digital banking platform that enables Financial Institutions (FIs) to offer capabilities to their retail and business customers for digital banking transactions and account management. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate strategic planning sessions with project sponsors and product development teams to finalize project scope and objectives - Handle and understand complex architecture and design, collaborate with the Architect group for problem-solving, and make architecture-level decisions when necessary - Understand project stakeholders' needs, interests, and positively influence project success - Work with product functional managers to finalize effort estimates for project scope - Coordinate ongoing project tasks with onsite business partners, business consultants, and end customers as needed - Implement best practices to enhance delivery quality - Conduct code reviews for team-developed code and provide constructive feedback - Utilize strong analytical, troubleshooting, and issue resolution skills - Demonstrate good verbal and written communication, as well as interpersonal skills - Knowledge of Credit Union domain is a plus Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of Retail and SMB Banking - Familiarity with various USA payment systems and Regulations such as ACH and Wires - Experience in Product Definition and Requirement Documentation/BRDs - Proficiency in JIRA and User Story documentation and Grooming - Understanding of APIs and ability to define API specifications - Experience in Testing and understanding of how technology relates to business, market, and industry - Understanding of Business Architecture and Functional Architecture Desired Skills: - Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO - Experience working with Agile methodology Thank you for considering employment with Fiserv.
