Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues. Provide technical support to end-users through phone, email, or in-person. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Perform backups, manage DNS settings for domain controllers. Configure VMware virtualization environment for server OS installations. Troubleshoot Active Directory issues related to user accounts, group policies, and permissions. Job Requirements : Strong knowledge of Windows System Administration tasks such as installation, configuration, troubleshooting of desktop/laptop computers. Proficiency in performing backups and resolving complex technical issues. Must be proficient in English and Hindi both.
