Engineering Manager / Technical Lead

As an experienced Engineering Manager / Technical Lead with over 10 years of experience in leading high-performing engineering teams and delivering robust, scalable technology solutions, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Overseeing architecture, design, and development of complex systems and enterprise-grade applications. - Providing technical leadership across all stages of the software development lifecycle. - Mentoring, guiding, and growing engineering teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. - Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business goals into technical strategies. - Ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and quality assurance protocols. - Driving continuous improvement in engineering processes, performance, and reliability. - Identifying technical risks and driving resolution with scalable and efficient solutions. - Staying onsite for a minimum of 6 months for client engagement, team coordination, and project oversight. To qualify for this role, you should have the following skills and qualifications: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. - 10+ years of strong development experience with at least 3+ years in engineering leadership. - Expertise in modern development stacks and programming languages (Java, .NET, Python, Node.js, etc.). - Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and scalability principles. - Strong experience in managing Agile teams and using project tracking tools (JIRA, Trello, etc.). - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven stakeholder management. - Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and team-building capabilities. - Willingness and flexibility to relocate onsite for the project duration.
