Role Overview: We are looking for a passionate Software Engineer Product Development (Web & Mobile) to join our Engineering team. You will collaborate with the founding team and cross-functional stakeholders to build, enhance, and scale our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with Product, Operations, QA, and Business teams to deliver high-quality software that creates value for customers. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy taking ownership, building high-quality software, solving challenging technical problems, and contributing ideas beyond development. Key Responsibilities: As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for: Product Development:- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality web and mobile applications. Develop reusable, modular, and scalable software components. Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces. Deliver features based on product roadmaps and business priorities. Participate in architecture and technical design discussions. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Follow engineering standards, coding guidelines, and best practices. Perform code reviews and actively participate in peer reviews. Debug and resolve production issues efficiently. Continuously improve application performance, scalability, and reliability. Collaboration:- Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, QA Engineers, and Operations teams. Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Communicate progress, blockers, and risks proactively. Quality & Security:- Ensure application quality through testing and peer reviews. Identify and fix bugs before production deployment. Follow secure coding practices. Maintain application stability and reliability. Continuous Improvement:- Continuously learn new technologies and engineering practices. Identify opportunities to improve product quality and development processes. Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, code quality, debugging, documentation, and engineering efficiency. Required Technical Skills: The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in the following: Mandatory:- 25 years of professional software development experience. Strong hands-on experience with React.js. Strong hands-on experience with React Native. Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript. Experience integrating RESTful APIs. Good understanding of component-based architecture. Experience with Git and version control. Experience working with responsive UI development. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills. Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
