Senior Manager - Growth & Product Marketing

Job Description Sr Manager Growth & Product Marketing Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for AI products and automation solutions. Own product positioning, messaging, value propositions, and competitive differentiation. Build and scale lead generation playbooks across inbound, outbound, content, events, partner, and referral channels. Drive qualified pipeline growth and improve conversion across the marketing funnel. Launch new products, features, and market initiatives in collaboration with product and sales teams. Establish and manage strategic partnerships, technology alliances, referral programs, and affiliate networks. Create customer success stories, case studies, and market-facing content that supports revenue growth. Analyze campaign, funnel, and pipeline performance and recommend optimization strategies. Work closely with leadership to identify new markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities. Manage external marketing partners, agencies, and contractors as needed. Requirements 12+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or related functions. Proven experience marketing SaaS, AI, automation, or technology products. Demonstrated ownership of product positioning, messaging, competitive analysis, and go-to-market launches. Strong experience building lead generation programs with measurable pipeline and revenue impact. Experience creating and managing partner, reseller, referral, channel, or affiliate programs. Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into compelling business value propositions. Strong analytical mindset with experience using CRM, marketing automation, and performance measurement tools. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
