Job Summary Summary: The “Assistant Manager Supply Chain Solution” will be based in Chennai , reporting to Manager

What a typical day looks like

Analytics & Development Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau (complex calculations, LODs, performance tuning).

Develop and manage MicroStrategy (MSTR) reports, documents, and dashboards .

Translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions with high performance and usability.

Ensure data accuracy, validation, and UAT support across dashboards and reports.

Snowflake & SQL Development Develop optimized SQL queries and data models in Snowflake .

Build and maintain database objects (tables, views, stored procedures) .

Perform query optimization, debugging, and performance tuning .

Support data integration and ETL processes for analytics platforms.

Automation & AI Initiatives Drive automation use cases across reporting and data pipelines.

Design and implement AI-based solutions including: SQL-based chatbots / conversational analytics.

Generative AI use cases for reporting and insights.

Work on semantic models, natural language querying, and AI-driven insights .

Project Governance & Documentation Ensure end-to-end documentation for all dashboards, reports, and enhancements.

Maintain BRDs, technical design documents, and deployment artefacts .

Enforce adherence to dashboard deployment checklists, performance documentation, and validation standards .

Team Management & Leadership Lead and mentor team members to ensure a high-performance, motivated, and skilled team .

Allocate tasks, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.

Core Technical Skills Tableau (Desktop, Server, Prep) – Advanced dashboard development

Looking for Hands on experience on python skill

MicroStrategy (MSTR) – Reports, Objects, Dashboards

Strong SQL expertise (Snowflake preferred)

Data Warehousing concepts & ETL tools

Automation & AI Exposure to GenAI, Chatbots, or AI-based analytics solutions

Experience or interest in building intelligent automation workflows

Knowledge of natural language processing / semantic analytics (preferred)

Project & Leadership Skills Strong project management and documentation discipline

Experience in handling end-to-end dashboard lifecycle

Team leadership and mentoring capability

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment

Key Competencies Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

High attention to detail and quality

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Continuous improvement mindset

Exposure to Supply Chain domain

Experience with AI tools, Python, or automation platforms
