Role Overview: Flex is seeking an Engineer - Industrial Engineering to join their extraordinary teams in Sriperumbudur. As part of this role, you will be responsible for preparing layout designs for new products, setting up production lines, mapping manpower, setting production standards, improving productivity, and reducing lead time. Additionally, you will be involved in the re-layout of existing products for efficient space utilization. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare the layout design for new products - Responsible for setting up the line for new products - Map manpower requirements - Set production standards and standard cycle times for new products - Focus on productivity improvement - Re-layout existing products for effective space utilization - Responsible for lead time reduction Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience - 4+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering - Strong team player with an understanding of group behavior - Experience in team handling is essential - Ability to lead shift operations Additional Details: Flex offers medical insurance and PTO for the great work you provide.
