Job Summary Job summary: To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Product Engineer located in Juarez South. The Product Engineer role involves Responsible for receiving, evaluating, cleaning, and customizing all technical information / documentation from the customer related to their product, derived from a New Product Introduction (NPI) or a design change to establish all necessary processes to manufacture it by maintaining its design and performance integrity. What a typical day looks like: Prepare production plans. Monitor and track the production plan. Material bill creation. Material bill analysis. System configurations. Team leadership (technicians and engineers). Handle product transfer and new product set up. Support production by assessing product engineering issues of diverse scope that arise on production line. Suggest improvements to process to obtain improved quality and production yield. Solve product related problems and perform failure evaluation related to product issues. Interact with customers and various departments on product related issues Work with design team to resolve design related issues. Suggest modification to work instructions, material, or product changes to ensure excellent quality of products. . The experience we’re looking to add to our team: Engineering or Bachelor’s degree. Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering. Advanced English. Experience in interpreting and handling Bills of Materials. Knowledge of the electronics industry. Diagram interpretation. Knowledge of engineering change management. Experience implementing New Product Introductions (NPIs). Experience with Fabricated Ancillary Instruments (FAIs).
