Netsuite Business Systems Analyst

As a NetSuite Business Systems Analyst focusing on Record to Report (R2R) processes, your role at Flexera involves collaborating with the accounting team to identify and implement system improvements within the NetSuite financial system. You will also be responsible for providing end-user support, performing administrative duties, and ensuring efficient integration of NetSuite with other systems to streamline operations and enhance financial workflows. Key Responsibilities: - Design, configure, and maintain NetSuite functionality supporting R2R processes such as General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and cash-related modules. - Develop and maintain SuiteFlow workflows, approval processes, and automations aligned with R2R business rules. - Manage GL Entry approval workflows to ensure compliance with internal controls. - Conduct system audits, data quality reviews, and performance tuning to maintain integrity and scalability of financial systems. - Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, and compliance risks, and implement scalable solutions. - Support month-end and year-end close activities. - Configure and maintain NetSuite cash management and bank connectivity, including bank account structures and transaction processing workflows. - Design and enhance automated bank feed integrations and reconciliation processes. - Develop system logic supporting cash application processes and build NetSuite-based treasury and cash reporting. - Build and maintain saved searches, dashboards, and custom reports in NetSuite. - Own and support integrations between NetSuite and other systems like Floqast, Planful, Workday, and Concur. - Gather, document, and translate business requirements into system configurations and functional specifications. - Lead UAT, change management, and training for system enhancements and new rollouts. - Act as a key resource during internal and external audits related to R2R controls. Required Qualifications: - 2-5 years of relevant experience. - Expertise with NetSuite R2R modules like General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Bank Reconciliation, and Reporting. - Strong understanding of Record-to-Report processes. - Proficiency in NetSuite SuiteFlow, saved searches, custom records, suite analytics, and reporting. - Experience with system integrations (Celigo, or Boomi preferred). - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement. - Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
