About the role
Automation Tester FlexiEle HRMS About Us: FlexiEle offers a cloud-based Hire-to-Exit HRM system that helps organizations across industries streamline and automate their HR processes. We are looking for a young and energetic Automation Tester who will be responsible for ensuring the quality and performance of our HRMS platform through automated testing. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for HRMS applications Understand product requirements and create effective test scenarios and test cases Perform functional, regression, and integration testing Collaborate with developers and functional teams to ensure quality deliverables Identify, report, and track bugs and issues Execute test cases and analyze results to ensure system functionality Work on test automation frameworks and improve test coverage Participate in requirement analysis, test planning, and test strategy discussions Ensure product quality, performance, and reliability Key Skills Required: Strong understanding of software testing concepts and SDLC/STLC Knowledge of automation testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, or similar) Basic programming knowledge (Java, JavaScript, or Python) Experience with API testing tools (Postman or similar) Understanding of databases (SQL basics) Familiarity with version control tools (Git) Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication skills and teamwork Qualifications: BE/B.Tech in Computer Science / IT (preferred) BCA/MCA or any graduate with relevant testing skills Experience: Freshers with robust knowledge of automation testing can apply 6 months to 1 year of experience in software testing preferred Perks: Compensation as per industry standards for freshers PF provision (optional as per employee choice) Other Details: Working Days: Monday to Friday Timings: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM Off: 2nd, 4th & 5th Saturdays and all Sundays .
