IT Support Engineer A leading European manufacturer establishing its India shared-services centre Location: Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad — or Remote (India) About the Company A leading European manufacturer is establishing its India shared-services centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire IT support engineers for its India workforce. Role Overview As an IT Support Engineer, you will provide day-to-day technical support, manage IT assets, and resolve issues across hardware, software, and network access for the India team. Key Responsibilities Helpdesk & Support Resolve hardware, software, and access requests raised through the helpdesk Set up and configure laptops, peripherals, and accounts for new joiners Troubleshoot connectivity, VPN, and application issues for end users Systems & Asset Management Maintain the IT asset register and manage licences and warranties Apply security patches and enforce endpoint-security policy Document recurring issues and build self-service guides for common requests Ideal Candidate Profile 2 to 5 years in IT helpdesk, desktop support, or systems administration Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common productivity and collaboration tools Familiarity with Active Directory, ticketing systems, and basic networking Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup Preferred Qualifications CompTIA A+, Network+, or an equivalent certification Experience supporting a distributed or remote workforce Exposure to MDM tools (Intune, Jamf) for device management What We Offer A it support engineer seat at a European manufacturer's India shared-services centre Remote-friendly, pan-India hiring with long-term placement A support seat that keeps the whole India office productive One application considered for this and future matched roles Hiring Process HR Screening → Technical Round 1 → Technical Round 2 → Culture Fit
