Integration Lead(97946-1)

Manages the design and delivery of integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems, collaborates with client stakeholders, and ensures secure, scalable, and reliable data exchange.

Required Skills: • ServiceNow IntegrationHub and Flow Designer • Development and maintenance of integrations using REST, SOAP, LDAP, JDBC • Integration architecture and design • Authentication methods (OAuth, SAML, JWT) • Enterprise application integration • Client-facing consulting experience • Troubleshooting and performance optimization • Strong communication and stakeholder management • Proficient in JavaScript and PowerShell scripting • Experience implementing data transformations in both file-based and scripted contexts • Understanding of network architecture and security implications on integrations • Knowledge of unit, system integration, performance, and user acceptance testing • Ability to create repeatable processes for development, test, staging, and production environments with high availability • ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology, ITIL standards, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related technical field; master’s degree preferred • 8–10 years of experience delivering enterprise IT or software solutions, including at least 3 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and integration • Experience building maintainable platform logic, workflow automation, data structures, and integrations connecting ServiceNow with upstream and downstream applications • Telecommunications, cable, broadband, or similar operational technology experience is a plus • Background in technical design decisions, code quality practices, reusable patterns, peer reviews, and delivery standards across development teams • Experience supporting production applications, including release readiness, troubleshooting, monitoring, regression validation, and collaboration with QA or operations teams
