About the role
Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and motivated Technical Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant with 4 6 years of hands-on experience in implementation, customization, migration, and integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and the ability to deliver scalable, high-performance CRM solutions aligned with business requirements. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, etc.) Develop plugins, workflows, custom workflows, and Power Automate flows Perform data migration from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 CRM Integrate Dynamics 365 CRM with third-party systems using APIs, Azure services, or middleware Develop and maintain custom entities, forms, views, dashboards, and reports Work with business analysts and stakeholders to gather technical requirements Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and performance bottlenecks Ensure best practices in security, scalability, and performance optimization Provide technical documentation and support during deployment Required Skills Qualifications: 4 6 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 implementation Strong experience in customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 CRM Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, Web API, and REST/SOAP services Hands-on experience in plugin development and custom workflow activities Experience with data migration tools and techniques Strong knowledge of integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Power Platform, or third-party tools Experience with Power Apps and Power Automate Good understanding of CRM architecture and security model Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
