Network Engineer I

You will design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure across private and public cloud environments. Responsibilities Configure and install network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, and QoS. Monitor network performance, system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning to ensure availability. Perform network maintenance and system upgrades, including service packs, patches, and security configurations. Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve complex network issues. Implement security tools, policies, and procedures in coordination with the security team. Execute changes within established configuration and change management policies. Required Skills 5+ years of hands-on network engineering experience. Deep understanding of networking protocols such as IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF, 802.11, and QoS. Proficiency with routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and VPNs. Solid understanding of the OSI and TCP/IP models. Experience using network diagnostic, monitoring, and network analytics tools. Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to collaborate on problem resolution. University degree in Computer Science or a related subject. Preferred Skills CCNP certification or higher (CCIE and/or CISSP highly valued).
