Job Title: Senior Data Scientist (5-10 Years) Location: Bangalore, India Key Responsibilities Design and implement advanced machine learning models and AI algorithms to solve business challenges. Lead and manage data science projects, from problem formulation to model deployment and monitoring. Develop and/or fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) and other state-of-the-art AI/ML techniques for practical applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. Analyze large datasets to extract insights and develop predictive models that enhance business decision-making. Drive innovation in AI/ML methodologies, ensuring the application of best practices in data science. Key Skills & Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in data science, machine learning, and AI. Expertise in AI/ML, data science, and advanced analytics techniques. Strong experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar. Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing (NLP), and deep learning techniques. Experience with model deployment, monitoring, and scaling in a production environment. Solid understanding of statistical analysis, data visualization, and data wrangling. Ability to interpret complex datasets, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights. Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
