Drive Manufacturing Excellence in Assembly Paint Operations Lead assembly and paint shop manufacturing activities. Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and quality. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Investigate and resolve production and quality issues. Implement continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives. Coordinate with production, quality, maintenance, and supply teams. Monitor process performance and achieve production targets. Support new product launches and process validation activities. What you bring B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Automobile, or related Engineering. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering within Assembly and/or Paint Shop. Strong knowledge of assembly processes, paint systems, and manufacturing standards. Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement tools.
