Trainee Engineer Mechanical Responsibilities Learning & Development: Assist senior engineers in production, quality, and design activities. On-the-job Training: Gain practical experience in machining, assembly, and testing. Process Improvement: Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives. Documentation: Support preparation of reports, SOPs, and technical documentation. Cross-functional Exposure: Work with different departments to understand end-to-end manufacturing. Requirements Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering. Freshers welcome (internship or project experience preferred). Strong interest in manufacturing and pneumatics systems. Basic knowledge of CAD tools and engineering drawings. Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a professional environment.
