Process Specialist/Engineer

As a Process Technology Engineer at Fluor, your role involves providing engineering and technical support for simple systems. You will perform basic process engineering assignments, generate, calculate, and correlate data, and assist higher-level engineers in performing required engineering functions. It is essential to understand and follow Process Design Basis and Process Design Criteria, maintaining awareness of cost impacts related to process design. Additionally, you will need to understand client objectives and goals, implementing them in all aspects of the project work. Assisting with process studies and other assigned duties are also part of your responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with 38 years of relevant work experience - Strong experience in process design and hydraulics - Effective communication skills with various stakeholders - Job-related technical knowledge - Knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines - Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in process simulation, P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), and PFD (Process Flow Diagrams) Candidates must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
