Finance Systems Senior Support Analyst (Oracle Fusion)

You will be joining the Global Finance Systems team at Flutter Entertainment in Hyderabad, India. As part of this team, you will primarily support Oracle Fusion Financials users in the Sportsbet business in Australia. Your role will involve providing end-user support, administering master data, troubleshooting issues with key interfaces, performing month-end system procedures, and working with Internal Controls and Auditors. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining system/process documentation, delivering end-user training, managing workload allocation, and acting as an escalation point. To excel in this role, you will need to have 36 years of experience in finance systems support, financial analysis, or IT systems support, with strong exposure to Oracle Fusion Financials. A Bachelors degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field is preferred. You should be comfortable working in the U.S. Shift i.e. 6pm to 3am Indian Standard Time and possess excellent customer service, communication, problem-solving, customer-centric attitude, adaptability, attention to detail, proactive learning, and teamwork skills. Key Responsibilities: - Provide end-user support for issues, access requests, and queries in Oracle Fusion and other Finance applications. - Administer master data including users, employees, affiliates, and bank accounts. - Troubleshoot issues with key interfaces (employees, banks, revenue, exchange rates). - Perform month-end system procedures. - Work with Internal Controls and Auditors on the Joiners, Movers, and Leavers process. - Create and maintain system/process documentation and deliver end-user training. - Manage workload allocation for the Finance Systems Analyst and act as an escalation point.
