Key Responsibilities: - Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs - Develop systems that operate across cloud, edge, and hybrid deployments - Build OCPP-based communication services for EV charging infrastructure - Develop real-time communication systems using WebSockets - Design synchronization and state-management mechanisms between distributed components - Integrate databases, external services, and hardware devices - Optimize systems for reliability, scalability, and performance - Build monitoring, logging, and observability capabilities - Write automated tests and maintain high code quality standards - Participate in architecture and technical design discussions Qualifications Required: Must Have: - Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or Node.Js - Strong understanding of OOP and software design principles - Experience building REST or GraphQL APIs - Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases - Understanding of WebSockets and real-time communication concepts - Familiarity with Linux-based development environments - Experience using Git in collaborative workflows - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Nice to Have: - Experience with distributed systems - Experience with edge computing or IoT platforms - Familiarity with OCPP, MQTT, or similar communication protocols - Experience with Docker and cloud platforms - Experience with event-driven architectures - Interest in EV charging, energy systems, or infrastructure technology Tech Stack: - Python - Go - Node.Js - PostgreSQL - Redis - GraphQL - Docker - AWS - WebSockets - MQTT - OCPP Additional Company Details: Fluxton offers a competitive compensation package with a salary range of 68 LPA and 0.250.75% ESOPs with a 4-year vesting period and a 1-year cliff.
