Role Title: Sr AI Data Quality Analyst Position Summary: The Sr AI Data Quality Analyst (Human-in-the-Loop) defines and drives the data quality strategy for AI-powered underwriting workflows. While remaining hands-on with complex and high-risk submissions, this role sets standards, influences system design, and ensures quality scales as AI adoption grows. This is not a people manager role by default, but it carries significant influence over how quality is measured, enforced, and improved across the AI pipeline. Job Responsibilities: Own end-to-end data quality approach for AI extraction workflows. Review the most complex, ambiguous, or high-impact submissions. Define quality thresholds, acceptance criteria, and escalation standards. Partner with architects and engineering leaders to contribute on AI systems engineering processes. Define and refine data quality KPIs and dashboards. Drive root-cause analysis across datasets, not just individual defects. Establish best practices for Human-in-the-Loop review at scale. Mentor analysts and act as the final quality authority Establish best practices for Human-in-the-Loop review at scale. Skill and Experience: 5-7 years of experience required to perform essential job functions Additional Experience Qualifier (optional): 5-7 years preferred in data quality, QA, analytics or operational roles Experience in Commercial insurance or underwriting is preferred Prior ownership of data quality programs or HIL frameworks Familiarity with AI, using data analysis programs governance or model performance tracking. Deep experience validating complex business or financial documents. Proven leadership in high-volume, high-accuracy environments. Excellent ability to influence technical teams without direct authority. Deep expertise turning quality insights into system improvements. Strong written communication for requirements, standards, and documentation.
