About the role
Job Description: As a .NET Architect at our company, you will be responsible for defining and owning application and system architecture for enterprise solutions. Your main responsibilities will include translating business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical designs, creating architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, and technical design documents. You will also be mentoring teams on coding standards, architecture patterns, API and data design, conducting architecture reviews, risk assessments, and impact analysis, evaluating and recommending frameworks, tools, and platforms, driving POCs to validate architectural and technology choices, and collaborating with Agile teams on epics, user stories, sprint planning, and delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Define and own application and system architecture for enterprise solutions - Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable technical designs - Create architecture diagrams, solution blueprints, and technical design documents - Mentor teams on coding standards, architecture patterns, API and data design - Conduct architecture reviews, risk assessments, and impact analysis - Evaluate and recommend frameworks, tools, and platforms - Drive POCs to validate architectural and technology choices - Collaborate with Agile teams on epics, user stories, sprint planning, and delivery Qualifications Required: - 15+ years of software development with strong .NET architecture and Azure experience - Hands-on, technically strong, and capable of guiding large engineering teams - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills - Proven experience delivering cloud-native, microservices-based solutions Additional Details: Experience with Pre-Sales/Competency activities would be an added advantage. You should also have a strong knowledge of design patterns, OOP, clean architecture, experience in Agile/Scrum development environments, AI skills and knowledge, and application of AI services in architecture. Moreover, familiarity with security aspects such as OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, Azure AD is highly desirable.
