Role Overview: As an AI Data Scientist at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI models and autonomous agents. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a closely related quantitative field. - 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development, with a significant focus on Generative AI and/or Agentic Systems. - Strong proficiency in Python and experience with relevant AI/ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, Keras, Scikit-learn). - Proven experience with various generative models (LLMs, GANs, VAEs, Diffusion Models, Transformers) and understanding of their underlying principles. - Familiarity with agent architectures, reinforcement learning fundamentals, planning algorithms, multi-agent systems, and prompt engineering for LLM-based agents. - Solid understanding of linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics as applied to machine learning. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges creatively.
