BCM & PDC Software Application Supervisor

Ford is seeking a dynamic technical leader to drive the future of our vehicle architectures. As the BCM & PDC Software Application Supervisor, you will lead a team of software application engineers responsible for the end-to-end software delivery of Body Control Modules (BCM) and Power Distribution Centers (PDC). You will serve as the central technical authority for these critical components, ensuring they meet Ford’s stringent standards for performance, reliability, and cost.

In this role, you will govern the global software release pipeline, manage strategic relationships with Tier-1 suppliers, and ensure strict compliance with Functional Safety (ISO 26262), Cybersecurity, and ASPICE standards. From architectural design to manufacturing, you will champion launch readiness and utilize End-of-Line (EOL) data to rapidly resolve plant-level integration issues.
