Calibration Lead Engineer

What you’ll have…

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent. 4+ years of system/ECU development experience in design and release of electronic control module for automotive OEM and / or for automotive Electronic Control Manufacturer. Preferred to also have experience in automotive connectivity solutions such as Bluetooth, Ultrawide band, Wi-Fi, or Cellular. Proficient in RF simulation and RF evaluation Experience with RF/wireless validation and industry certification. Proficient in Microsoft Office products. Teamcenter VSM, JIRA, and Github experience desired. Demonstrates positive teamwork ethics and good leadership behaviors.

This position is a salary grade 7-8 and ranges from $86,600-$166,200. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value. This position is hybrid. Candidates who are in commuting distance to a Ford hub location may be required to be onsite four or more days per week.
