Ford is looking for a versatile AI Engineer to join our Global Data Insight & Analytics (GDI&A) team. This role is designed for a technical professional who bridges the gap between AI research and disciplined software engineering. You will be responsible for developing end-to-end AI systems—ranging from predictive machine learning models to generative AI solutions and autonomous agents—and ensuring these models are integrated into robust, scalable, user-facing software. The ideal candidate is someone who not only understands the algorithms behind the models but also knows how to build the automated pipelines and infrastructure that make them work in a production environment.
