About the role
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field 4+ years of experience with Driveline systems and components experience and knowledge. Other Underbody commodity experience will be considered. 4+ years of experience with plant, manufacturing, launch experience, tooling knowledge, experience in all phases of product development
Desired Characteristics Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field 6+ years of experience with Driveline systems and components experience and knowledge Experience with GPDS and other Ford engineering tools (TeamCenter, WERS, FEDE, etc.) Experience in a leadership capacity leading and guiding others One Ford Behavior, ability to work cross-functionally, build team consensus Superior written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $115,500-$218,100. Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
